Section 27-2-3 Commissioner of Insurance - Oath; bond. Before entering upon the duties of his
office the commissioner shall take and subscribe to the oath prescribed by Article 16, Section

Section 9-16-89 Performance bonds and bond releases. (a) After a surface coal mining and reclamation
permit application has been approved but before such a permit is issued, the applicant shall
file with the regulatory authority, on a form prescribed and furnished by the regulatory authority,

Section 11-4-22 Bonds. Before entering on the duties of his office, the county treasurer must
give bond as provided by law, which bond shall be in a sum not less than $15,000.00, and in
