Section 36-15-9 Private practice by assistant or full-time deputy attorneys general prohibited. All assistant and full-time deputy attorneys general of the State of Alabama appointed by the Attorney General are hereby prohibited from engaging in the private practice of the law during the time they are such assistant or full-time deputy attorneys general. (a) There is hereby created a State Ethics Commission composed of five members, each of whom shall be a fair, equitable citizen of this state and of high moral character and ability.
