Section 36-15-4.2 Attorney General's Litigation Support Fund. (a) There is established
in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the Attorney General's Litigation Support
Fund. (b) The fund shall consist of any and all monies designated by a court order as reasonable
attorney fees and related expenses or negotiated fees and related expenses for matters settled
out of court, and penalties paid in certain cases received by the Attorney General pursuant
to this section as a result of any fees, fines, restitution, forfeitures, penalties,
costs, interest, or judgments collected pursuant to any civil litigation, or any administrative
proceedings, or in settlement of any claim asserted by or against the people of Alabama, the
State of Alabama, or any of its departments, agencies, institutions, officers, employees,

Section 15-20A-45 Penalties. (a) A sex offender who is convicted of any offense specified
in this chapter, in addition to any imprisonment or fine, or both, and in addition to any
other fees, costs, and assessments, imposed for the commission of the underlying offense,
shall be punished by a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250). (b) The fines collected in
subsection (a) shall be distributed as follows: (1) Fifty dollars ($50) to the Highway Traffic

Section 45-34-82.07 Costs and fees. (a) An applicant shall be assessed a fee when the
applicant is approved for the program. The amount of the assessment for participation in the
program shall be in addition to any court costs and assessments for victims or drug, alcohol,
or anger management treatment required by law, and are in addition to costs of supervision,
treatment, and restitution for which the person may be responsible. Pretrial diversion program
fees as established by this part may be waived or reduced for just cause at the discretion
of the district attorney. A schedule of payments for any of these fees may be established
