Section 36-15-11.1 Paralegal employees for Attorney General. The Attorney General may employ within his or her office no more than 10 paralegal employees whose compensation, salaries, and expenses or benefits shall be paid from funds available to the Attorney General in the same amounts and manner as provided for special administrative assistants under this article. (a) There is hereby established, to serve as an agency of the state and to perform the functions conferred upon it in this article, the State Soil and Water Conservation Committee.
