Section 37-9-27 Air carriers to file tariff of rates, fares and charges; rejection of tariff and consequences thereof; refunds or remittances of rates, fares and charges; changes in rates, fares and charges; filing of divisions of joint rates, fares and charges. Section 38-2-8 County departments of human resources. (a) There is hereby created in each county a county department of human resources which shall consist of the county director of human resources and such other officers and employees as the county board and state department shall deem necessary for the efficient performance of the welfare services of the county. (a) By January 1, 2016, existing risk retention groups shall be in compliance with the governance standards set forth in this section. New risk retention groups shall be in compliance with these standards at the time of licensure.
