The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. (a) There shall be established at the Department of Rehabilitation Services a toll-free telephone number in an office staffed by an assistant or deputy attorney general to provide information on the rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act. (a) The District Attorney of the 32nd Judicial Circuit, which is composed of Cullman County only, shall appoint a clerical assistant or assistants who shall serve at his or her pleasure.
