Section 19-1A-15 (Effective January 1, 2018) Fiduciary duty and authority. (a) The legal duties
imposed on a fiduciary charged with managing tangible property apply to the management of
digital assets, including: (1) the duty of care; (2) the duty of loyalty; and (3) the duty
of confidentiality. (b) A fiduciary's or a designated recipient's authority with respect to
a digital asset of a user: (1) except as otherwise provided in Section 19-1A-4, is subject
to the applicable terms of service; (2) is subject to other applicable law, including copyright
law; (3) in the case of a fiduciary, is limited by the scope of the fiduciary's duties; and
(4) may not be used to impersonate the user. (c) A fiduciary with authority over the property

Section 26-1A-102 Definitions. In this chapter: (1) "Agent" means a person granted
authority to act for a principal under a power of attorney, whether denominated an agent,

Section 45-28A-42.53 Secretary-treasurer; custodial care of the retirement fund. (a) The board
of trustees, if it so elects, and with the approval of the governing body of the city, shall
have the power and authority to appoint a secretary-treasurer of the board who shall serve

Section 35-19-12 Registry of environmental covenants. (a) The Alabama Department of Environmental
Management shall establish and maintain a registry that contains all environmental covenants
and any amendment or termination of those covenants. The registry may also contain any other
information concerning environmental covenants and the real property subject to them which
the department considers appropriate. The registry is a public record for purposes of Section
36-12-40. (b) After an environmental covenant or an amendment or termination of a covenant
is filed in the registry established pursuant to subsection (a), a notice of the covenant,

Section 35-8-7 Establishment of condominium property; contents of declaration. Condominium
property shall be established by recording a properly executed declaration as set forth in
Section 35-8-11. A declaration shall be executed with the formalities of a deed to real property.

Section 40-15-13 Lien of state; affidavit by personal representative of estate. (a) The State
of Alabama shall have a lien for all taxes and interest thereon which are or may become due
hereunder on all property which a decedent dies seized or possessed of subject to taxes under
this chapter, in whatever form of investment it may happen to be, and all property acquired
in substitution therefor. (b) The personal representative of an estate may execute and record

commission for planning and zoning by district pursuant to Section 45-2-261.07 shall apply
to all unincorporated areas of Baldwin County. The planning commission shall not have authority
