Upon the filing of the application, a day not less than 30 days thereafter must be appointed
for hearing the same; and of the time and place of such hearing, all parties in interest must

in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to

Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
