Section 7-2-506 Rights of financing agency. (1) A financing agency by paying or purchasing
for value a draft which relates to a shipment of goods acquires to the extent of the payment
or purchase and in addition to its own rights under the draft and any document of title securing
it any rights of the shipper in the goods including the right to stop delivery and the shipper's
right to have the draft honored by the buyer. (2) The right to reimbursement of a financing
agency which has in good faith honored or purchased the draft under commitment to or authority
from the buyer is not impaired by subsequent discovery of defects with reference to any relevant

Section 11-51-44 Lien for taxes. Such municipalities shall have a lien from, on, and after
October 1 of such municipal tax year upon each and every piece and parcel of property, real
and personal, for the payment of municipal taxes for that tax year which may be assessed against
the owners or upon such property for the use of such municipalities, which lien shall have
priority over all other liens, except for state and county taxes, and this lien shall exist

Section 32-20-44 Satisfaction. (a) Upon the satisfaction of a security interest in a manufactured
home for which the certificate of title is in the possession of the lienholder, he or she,
within 10 days after demand, shall execute a release of his or her security interest, in the
space provided therefor on the certificate or as the department prescribes, and mail or deliver
the certificate and release to the next lienholder named therein, or, if none, to the owner
or any person who delivers to the lienholder an authorization from the owner to receive the

Section 35-6-124 Appeals. Any of the parties, within 10 days thereafter, may appeal to the

Section 9-9-37 Bonds - Issuance. The board of water management commissioners may issue bonds
of the water management district from time to time for an amount equal in the aggregate to
the total cost of the improvement including all preliminary organization and administration
expenses not heretofore provided for, less such amounts as shall have been paid in cash to

of claims by probate court. Any one of the owners or parties alleged in the complaint to own
or hold any claim, interest or title in the lands sought to be condemned may, after the granting
of the application, file with the probate court his claim for his part or division of the

Section 27-36A-8 Reserve valuation method - Life insurance and endowment benefits. (a) Except

Section 10A-2-14.34 Election to purchase in lieu of dissolution. REPEALED IN THE 2019 REGULAR

(a) In a proceeding under Section 10A-2-14.30(2) to dissolve a corporation that has no shares
listed on a national securities exchange or regularly traded in a market maintained by one
or more members of a national or affiliated securities association, the corporation may elect
or, if it fails to elect, one or more shareholders may elect to purchase all shares owned
by the petitioning shareholder at the fair value of the shares. An election pursuant to this
section shall be irrevocable unless the court determines that it is equitable to set aside
or modify the election. (b) An election to purchase pursuant to this section may be filed
