Section 7-7-202 Form of warehouse receipt; effect of omission. (a) A warehouse receipt need
not be in any particular form. (b) Unless a warehouse receipt provides for each of the following,
the warehouse is liable for damages caused to a person injured by its omission: (1) A statement
of the location of the warehouse facility where the goods are stored; (2) The date of issue
of the receipt; (3) The unique identification code of the receipt; (4) A statement whether
the goods received will be delivered to the bearer, to a named person, or to a named person
or its order; (5) The rate of storage and handling charges, unless goods are stored under
a field warehousing arrangement, in which case a statement of that fact is sufficient on a

Section 17-11-5 Delivery of absentee ballots; maintenance of voter lists. (a) Upon receipt
of an application for an absentee ballot as provided in Section 17-11-3, if the applicant's
name appears on the list of qualified voters produced from the state voter registration list
in the election to be held, or if the applicant qualifies for a provisional absentee ballot,

Section 22-9A-14 Death registration. (a) A certificate of death for each death which occurs
in this state shall be filed with the Office of Vital Statistics, or as otherwise directed
by the State Registrar, within five days of the death and shall be registered if it has been
completed and filed in accordance with this section. (1) If the place of death is not known,
but the dead body is found in this state, the certificate of death shall be completed and

Section 32-13-3 Authority to sell; notice; bill of sale; records; voiding of sale; title. (a)
A person, as defined in Section 40-12-240, in possession of a motor vehicle that is considered
an abandoned motor vehicle may sell the motor vehicle at a public auction. (b)(1) Notice of
the date, time, and place of the sale and a description of the motor vehicle to be sold, including
the year, make, model, and vehicle identification number, shall be given by publication once
a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which
the sale is to be held, provided the vehicle is currently registered in the county. In counties
in which no newspaper is published, notice shall be given by posting such notice in a conspicuous

Section 35-11-451 Brokers lien generally; recording notice; notice requirements; enforcement
of lien. (a) A real estate broker shall have a lien, in the amount of the compensation agreed
upon by and between the broker and his or her client, upon commercial real estate or any interest

not liable for good faith error. (a) No instrument, other than a will, purporting to create
