Section 45-38-141.14 Dissolution of authority. At any time when no bonds or obligations theretofore
assumed by the authority are outstanding, the board may adopt a resolution, which shall be
duly entered upon its minutes, declaring that the authority shall be dissolved. Upon the filing
for record of a certified copy of the resolution in the office of the judge of probate of
the county, the authority shall thereupon stand dissolved and, in the event it owned any property
at the time of its dissolution, the title to all its properties shall thereupon pass to and

Section 45-49A-83 Prichard Communication Authority. (a) There is created the Prichard Communication
Authority. (b)(1) The authority shall be governed by a board of directors consisting of five
members who shall be appointed by the mayor. Vacancies on the board shall be appointed by

Section 11-53B-7 Payment of costs. The municipality, in ordering any repair or demolition the
cost of which or any part thereof is to be assessed against any property in accordance with
this chapter, may provide that the same shall be paid in cash within 30 days after the final
assessment; provided, however, that if the assessed amount is greater than ten thousand dollars
($10,000), the property owner may, at his or her election, to be expressed by notifying the
municipal official charged with the duty of collecting the assessments in writing within 30
