Section 36-18-52 Creation of advisory board. (a) There is created the Alabama Chemical Testing
Training and Equipment Trust Fund Advisory Board to be appointed as follows: (1) The President
of the Alabama Sheriffs' Association shall appoint one sheriff. (2) The Alabama Association
of Chiefs of Police shall appoint one police chief from a city of less than 25,000 population
and one police chief from a city of greater than 25,000 population according to the last federal

Section 41-8-2 Executive board generally. The Executive Board of the Alabama Public Library
Service shall consist of seven members appointed by the Governor, of which one member shall
be from each congressional district. Such members shall be qualified electors of the state
and shall have resided in the state for five years next preceding their appointment and shall
