Section 34-37-3 Appointments to board; composition. The board members serving on January 1, 2011, shall continue to serve on the board until successor board members are appointed and qualified. Section 34-23-90 Authority; composition. (a) The Alabama State Board of Pharmacy is vested with the authority to carry out the purposes of and enforce this chapter.
