Section 35-12A-4 Notice to lienholders. A manufactured dwelling community owner shall also give a copy of the notice described in Section 35-12A-5 by certified or registered mail verified by return receipt to any lienholder of the manufactured dwelling as shown on the records of the office of the judge of probate in the county in which the manufactured dwelling is located, the Alabama Department of Revenue, or the Secretary of State. For purposes of this chapter, "lienholder" includes the holder of a security interest, mortgage, or other lien on the manufactured dwelling and "lien" includes a security interest, mortgage, or other lien.
