Section 6-5-155.1 Definitions. The following words and phrases when used in this division shall have the meanings given to them in this section unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION. Any group, whether incorporated or unincorporated, affiliated with or organized for the benefit of one or more communities or neighborhoods containing an alleged drug-related nuisance, or any group organized to improve the quality of life in a residential area containing the alleged drug-related nuisance. (2) CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE ACTS. The provisions of Sections 20-2-1 et seq., known as the "Alabama Uniform Controlled Substance Act," and Sections 13A-12-201 et seq., known as "The Drug Predator Control Act of 1987," and Sections 13A-12-210 et seq., known as "The Drug Crimes Amendments Act of 1987." (a) There is hereby established a Board of Directors of the SAFE Program charged with responsibility and authority to assess and manage the sufficiency of the collateral pool and the SAFE Program to provide adequate protection from losses to public depositors. Section 8-20-5 Limitations on cancellations, modifications, terminations, and nonrenewals of franchise relationships. (a) Notwithstanding the terms, provisions, or conditions of any agreement or franchise or notwithstanding the terms or provisions of any waiver, no manufacturer shall cancel, terminate, modify, fail to renew, or refuse to continue any franchise relationship with a licensed new motor vehicle dealer unless the manufacturer has: (1) Satisfied the notice requirement of this section. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Section 25-5-57 Compensation for disability. (a) Compensation schedule. Following is the schedule of compensation: (1) TEMPORARY TOTAL DISABILITY. For injury producing temporary total disability, the compensation shall be 66 2/3 percent of the average weekly earnings received at the time of injury, subject to a maximum and minimum weekly compensation as stated in Section 25-5-68, but if at the time of injury the employee received average weekly earnings of less than the minimum stated in Section 25-5-68, then he or she shall receive the full amount of the average weekly earnings per week.
