Section 32-20-30 Transfer of interest by owner. (a) If an owner transfers his or her interest
in a manufactured home, other than by the creation of a security interest, he or she shall,
at the time of the sale of the manufactured home, execute an assignment and warranty of title
to the transferee in the space provided therefor on the certificate or as the department prescribes,
and cause the certificate and assignment to be mailed or delivered to the transferee or to
the department. (b) Except as provided in this section, the transferee promptly, after delivery
to him or her of the manufactured home, shall execute the application for a new certificate
of title in the space provided therefor on the certificate or as the department prescribes,
and cause the certificate and application to be mailed or delivered to a designated agent.

Section 32-20-42 Requirements upon creation of security interest. If an owner creates a security
interest in a manufactured home: (1) The owner shall immediately execute the application in
the space provided therefor on the certificate of title, or on a separate form the department

Section 32-20-43 Assignment. (a) A lienholder may assign, absolutely or otherwise, his or her
security interest in the manufactured home to a person other than the owner without affecting
the interest of the owner or the validity of such security interest, but any person without

Section 11-67-23 Notice to owner of public hearing; contents; publication in newspaper; posting
of signs and form thereof. After the passage of the resolution, notice of a public hearing
on the matter shall be given by certified mail, return receipt requested, mailed 30 days prior

Section 35-9A-421 Noncompliance with rental agreement; failure to pay rent. (a) Except as provided
in this chapter, if there is a material noncompliance by the tenant with the rental agreement,
an intentional misrepresentation of a material fact in a rental agreement or application,
or a noncompliance with Section 35-9A-301 materially affecting health and safety, the landlord

Section 11-67A-4 Procedures generally. Any procedure adopted by the municipality for the abatement
and removal of inoperable motor vehicles as public nuisances shall include, but is not limited
