Section 33-19-1 Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact: Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact The States of Alabama, Florida and Georgia and the United States of America hereby agree to the following compact which shall become effective upon enactment of concurrent legislation by each respective state legislature and the Congress of the United States. Section 40-10-197 Action to foreclose the right to redeem and quiet title; notice requirements; effect of foreclosure; deed; expiration of certificate. Section 35-19-12 Registry of environmental covenants. (a) The Alabama Department of Environmental Management shall establish and maintain a registry that contains all environmental covenants and any amendment or termination of those covenants. The registry may also contain any other information concerning environmental covenants and the real property subject to them which the department considers appropriate. The registry is a public record for purposes of Section 36-12-40. Section 8-32-5 Required provisions, service contracts. (a) Service contracts sold or offered for sale in this state, in their entirety, shall be written, printed, or typed in eight point type size, or larger, and shall comply with the requirements set forth in this section, as applicable. (b) Service contracts insured under a reimbursement insurance policy pursuant to subdivision (1) of subsection (f) of Section 8-32-3 shall contain a statement in substantially the following form: "Obligations of the provider under this service contract are guaranteed under a service contract reimbursement insurance policy." In order for property or proceeds to be deemed abandoned, a representative of the law enforcement agency having possession of abandoned property or proceeds shall file with the district attorney a sworn affidavit setting forth the circumstances of the abandonment, including the results of a search of records to identify the owner or lienholders. The records to be searched shall include records of the Alabama Department of Revenue, judge of probate, and the Secretary of State. Section 12-19-311 Bail bond fees. (a)(1) In addition to all other charges, costs, taxes, or fees levied by law on bail bonds, additional fees as detailed in paragraph a. and paragraph b. shall be imposed on every bail bond in all courts of this state. The fee shall not be assessed in traffic cases, except for those serious traffic offenses enumerated in Title 32, Chapter 5A, Article 9. Where multiple charges arise out of the same incident, the bond fee pursuant to this section shall only be assessed on one charge.
