Section 45-4-244.20 County sales tax to parallel state tax; exemptions; collection and disposition of funds; enforcement. (a) All words, terms, and phrases that are defined in Article 1 of Chapter 23 of Title 40 shall, where used in this section have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Article 1 except where the context herein clearly indicates a different meaning. Section 5-17-8 Reports to Administrator of Alabama Credit Union Administration; powers of administrator. (a) Credit unions shall report to the Administrator of the Alabama Credit Union Administration at least annually on or before January 31 in such manner and form as required by the administrator for that purpose. Additional reports may be required. Credit unions shall be examined at least every 18 months by employees of the administration or by other persons designated by the administrator.
