Section 35-11-90 Lien declared in favor of railroad laborers and employees. Laborers and employees
of each railroad company operated in this state, except the officers thereof, shall have a
lien for all debts due to them for work and labor done and performed by them for such company,

Section 11-51-90 Municipal business licenses; branch offices; application. (a) All municipalities
shall have the following powers: (1) To license any exhibition, trade, business, vocation,
occupation, or profession not prohibited by the Constitution or laws of the state which may
