Section 45-29-90.15 Statutory mortgage lien. Any resolution of the board of directors, or trust indenture, under which bonds may be issued pursuant to this article may contain provisions creating a statutory mortgage lien, in favor of the holders of such bonds and of the interest coupons applicable thereto, on the facilities and other property, including any after-acquired property, out of the revenues from which such bonds are made payable. Except for vessels subject to Section 33-5A-5: (1) A person who removes, stores, or sells a vessel in accordance with this chapter shall have a lien on the vessel for all of the following: a.
