Section 25-2-13 Board of appeals - Powers and duties generally; appeals from findings as to dangerous condition, etc., of machines, etc. (a) The functions and duties of the board of appeals shall be as follows: (1) To hear and determine appeals under Chapter 4 of this title. Section 34-8-2 Licensure and classification of contractors.
