Section 13A-9-1 Definitions. The following definitions are applicable in this article unless the context otherwise requires: (1) WRITTEN INSTRUMENT. Such term means: a. Any paper, document or other instrument containing written or printed matter or its equivalent; and b. Any token, stamp, seal, badge, trademark or other evidence or symbol of value, right, privilege or identification, which is capable of being used to the advantage or disadvantage of some person. (2) COMPLETE WRITTEN INSTRUMENT. One which purports to be a genuine written instrument fully drawn with respect to every essential feature thereof. (3) INCOMPLETE WRITTEN INSTRUMENT. One which contains some matter by way of content or authentication, but which requires additional matter in order to render it a complete written instrument. (4) FALSELY MAKE. Section 5-26-3 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply: (1) DEPOSITORY INSTITUTION. The term "depository institution" has the same meaning as in Section 3 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, and includes any credit union. (2) FEDERAL BANKING AGENCIES. Section 24-1A-6 Bonds. (a) General. The authority may from time to time issue its negotiable bonds in such principal amounts as, in the opinion of the authority, shall be necessary to provide sufficient funds for achieving the corporate purposes thereof, the payment of interest on bonds of the authority, establishment of reserves to secure such bonds and all other expenditures of the authority incident to, and necessary or convenient to, carrying out its corporate purposes and powers. Section 22-30E-11 Voluntary Cleanup Properties Inventory list. (a) Beginning on August 21, 2001, the department shall compile and update as necessary an inventory of all qualifying properties for which a voluntary properties assessment plan or cleanup plan has been approved by the department. At least annually, beginning July 1, 2002, the department shall send a copy of the inventory with the properties listed by county to the clerk of each probate court of the state, who shall place and maintain the most current copy of the inventory in the room or rooms in which the deed records of the county are kept.
