Section 7-9A-502 Contents of financing statement; record of mortgage as financing statement; time of filing financing statement. (a) Sufficiency of financing statement. Subject to subsection (b), a financing statement is sufficient only if it: (1) provides the name of the debtor; (2) provides the name of the secured party or a representative of the secured party; and (3) indicates the collateral covered by the financing statement. (b) Real-property-related financing statements. Section 35-8-18 Blanket mortgage on condominium property. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, if the declaration or bylaws so permit, the entire condominium property or some or all of the units included therein may be subject to a single or blanket mortgage constituting a first lien thereon created by recordable instrument by all of the owners of the property or units covered thereby; and any unit included under the lien of such mortgage may be sold or otherwise conveyed or transferred subject thereto. (a) After a municipal code lien has been recorded with the office of the probate judge of the county in which the real property lies, the Class 2 municipality may identify those properties on which to commence a judicial in rem foreclosure in accordance with this article, except that those properties the Class 2 municipality identifies as owner occupied shall not be subject to judicial in rem foreclosure under this article. (a) The self-help business improvement district ordinance adopted by the municipality pursuant to Section 11-54B-46 shall provide that the special assessment levied on the owners of the real property located within the geographical area of the district shall be collected by the district management corporation, by the offices of the municipal revenue department, or by the offices of the revenue commissioner, who may be compensated for the service.
