Section 34-4-21 Application and examination; fees; expiration, renewal of licenses; continuing education; discharge of apprentice; change of address. (a) Any person desiring to enter into the auction business and obtain a license as an auctioneer or apprentice auctioneer shall make written application for a license to the board. Each application shall be accompanied by an examination fee of an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) which shall be collected from each applicant to defray the expenses of the examination. The application shall be submitted on forms prepared and furnished by the board. (a) Every pesticide or device which is distributed, sold, or offered for sale within this state or delivered for transportation or transported in intrastate commerce or between points within this state through any point outside this state shall be registered with the commissioner upon application forms prescribed and furnished by the commissioner, and such registration or registrations shall be renewed during the registrant's renewal year, due January 1 of the renewal year.
