Section 36-26-6 State Personnel Board - Meetings; powers and duties generally. (a) The board shall hold regular meetings at least once each month and may hold such additional meetings as may be required for the proper discharge of its duties. (a) The board is hereby authorized to execute a contract or contracts to provide for the benefits or the administration of the plan determined in accordance with the provisions of this article. (a) The Underground Damage Prevention Authority is created for the purpose of enforcing this chapter and for reviewing penalty provisions and the adequacy of the enforcement process.
