Section 34-9-6 What constitutes practice of dentistry. Any person shall be deemed to be practicing
dentistry who does any of the following: (1) Performs, or attempts or professes to perform,
any dental operation or dental service of any kind, gratuitously or for a salary, fee, money,
or other remuneration paid, or to be paid, directly or indirectly, to himself or herself,
or to any person in his or her behalf, or to any agency which is a proprietor of a place where
dental operations or dental services are performed. (2) Directly or indirectly, by any means
or method, makes impression of the human tooth, teeth, jaws, or adjacent tissue, or performs
any phase of any operation incident to the replacement of a tooth or any part thereof. (3)
Supplies artificial substitutes for the natural teeth, and who furnishes, supplies, constructs,

Section 16-5-8 Review, coordination, establishment, etc., of programs; transfer of credits;
Articulation and General Studies Committee. (a)(1) The Commission on Higher Education is authorized
to review periodically all new and existing programs and units of instruction, research, and
public service funded by state appropriations at the state universities and colleges and to
share with the appropriate governing board, through the president of the institution, and

Section 34-20-13 Renewal of licenses; expiration and reactivation; inactive status; file of

license as a nursing home administrator issued by the board under this chapter shall immediately

Section 37-6-18 Dissolution. (a) A cooperative which has not commenced business may dissolve
voluntarily by delivering to the Secretary of State articles of dissolution, executed and
acknowledged on behalf of the cooperative by a majority of the incorporators, which shall
state: (1) The name of the cooperative; (2) The address of its principal office; (3) The date
of its incorporation; (4) That the cooperative has not commenced business; (5) That the amount,
