Section 34-17-24 Fees - Payment; receipt. (a) Every landscape architect shall pay an annual
license fee to the board. The fee shall be due and payable on the first day of January of
each year and shall become delinquent after the thirty-first day of January. (b) If the annual
license fee is not paid before it becomes delinquent a penalty of $50.00 shall be added to
the amount thereof per year. (c) If the annual license fee and penalty are not paid before
the fifteenth day of March in the year in which they become due, the landscape architect's
certificate shall be suspended from and after the expiration of 30 days from the date of mailing
of notice of such delinquency by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage
prepaid and addressed to the landscape architect at his or her address as it appears on the

Section 34-24-70 Qualifications of applicants. (a) The following constitute the requirements
for the issuance of a certificate of qualification for a license to practice medicine in this
state: (1) MEDICAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENT. All applicants for a certificate of qualification

Section 34-27A-52 Limitations on ownership and employment. (a) An appraisal management company
applying for registration in this state may not be owned, in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, by any person who has had an appraiser license or certificate refused, denied,
cancelled, surrendered in lieu of revocation, or revoked in any state. For the purposes of
this subsection, indirect ownership does not include stock ownership in a publicly traded

Section 34-37-8 Renewals; acceptance and inspection of certificate. (a) Any person who holds

Section 34-39-3 Definitions. In this chapter, the following terms shall have the respective
meanings provided in this section unless the context clearly requires a different meaning:

Section 34-8A-6 Inactive status; collection and disposition of fees, etc.; reactivation; renewal.
(a) A licensee may request that the board designate his or her license with inactive status
at any point prior to the date of renewal. Granting inactive status to a licensee revokes
all privileges associated with this chapter until reactivation is requested by the licensee.
Procedures for reactivating a license for practice status will be established by the board.
(b) All fees from applicants seeking licensing or certification for private practice under
this chapter, and all license, certificate, or renewal fees received under this chapter shall

Section 45-39-40.19 Refusal, revocation, suspension of license or certificate; hearing. (a)

Section 33-5-10 Certificates of registration and numbers generally - By whom issued; issuance;
fees; disposition of funds. (a) The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources will
issue annual certificates of registration directly and shall authorize all probate judges
in the state or any other official in the state who is presently authorized to issue automobile
