Section 34-41-12 Issuance of license. (a) Upon payment of a license fee the board shall issue a biennial license to any applicant who has satisfactorily met all the requirements of this chapter. Licenses shall show the full name of the licensee, give a serial number, and shall be signed by both the chair and secretary-treasurer of the board under the seal of the board. The issuance of a license by the board shall be prima facie evidence that the person named therein is entitled to all the rights and privileges of a licensed professional geologist while the license remains in full force and effect. Section 34-43-11 Licensing of establishments. (a) Establishments shall be licensed by the board. A sexually oriented business may not be licensed as an establishment and shall not operate as an establishment licensed pursuant to this chapter. (b) Establishments shall employ only licensed massage therapists to perform massage therapy.
