Section 16-8-23 Appointment and removal of teachers. The county board of education shall appoint,

Section 16-2-9 Donation of surplus, non-expired food to charitable organizations for redistribution
to needy students. (a) For purposes of this section, the following terms have the following
meanings: (1) CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION. Any food bank or charitable organization as defined

Section 16-30A-3 Training of school employees for care of students with diabetic medical needs.
(a) No later than the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year, the State Department of Education,
in consultation with the Alabama Board of Nursing, shall develop guidelines for the training
of school employees in the care needed for students with diabetic medical needs according
to the student's Individual Health Plan, the medical authorizations of which are limited to

Section 34-7B-7 Application for examination or licensure. (a) Any person who desires to engage
in any of the practices regulated by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be a citizen
of the United States or, if not a citizen of the United States, a person who is legally present
