Section 34-7B-23 Qualifications of applicants for examination or licensure - Manicurist/waxer. (a) No person may be admitted to an examination or licensed as a manicurist/waxer unless he or she holds a license as a manicurist and has successfully completed at least 160 hours in waxing in a school licensed or registered under the provisions of this chapter.
