be composed of 21 members as follows: (1) Two representatives of education, one to be appointed
by the President of the University of South Alabama for a two-year term and one to be appointed
by the Baldwin County Board of Education from among school board members, who are residents
of the geographic area that is now Baldwin County Commission District No. 2 for a two-year

Section 45-39A-13.02 Composition of civil service board. The civil service board shall
consist of five members to be appointed by the members of the City Council of the City of
Florence. In each year the city council shall appoint one person as the successor to the member
of the civil service board whose term shall expire that year. The person so appointed shall

(a) There is created and established a board, to be known as the State Oil and Gas Board,
