Section 25-14-10 Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund. (a) There is established in the State Treasury a fund entitled the Professional Employer Organization Registration Administrative Trust Fund. Fees and assessments provided by this chapter collected by the department shall be deposited in the fund. The fund shall constitute a separate fund to be disbursed by the state Comptroller on order of the secretary. All expenses incurred by the department under this chapter, including the salaries of all employees, travel costs, and any other cost of administration and enforcement as may become necessary, either within or without the state, shall be paid from the separate fund in the State Treasury upon warrants of the state Comptroller drawn upon the State Treasury from time to time when vouchers therefor are approved by the secretary. Section 34-16-9 Annual fee; fund. (a) The annual fee may be increased or decreased by the board, provided, the board shall not set an annual fee at an amount which would not provide sufficient revenues to pay all the costs and expenses incurred by the board in enforcing this chapter. Section 22-30D-5 Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to as the "fund." Section 45-1-232.24 Autauga County Work Release Fund; disposition of wages. (a) The sheriff may establish the Autauga County Work Release Fund at a bank selected by the sheriff located in Autauga County, Alabama. The employer of an inmate involved in work release shall pay the wages of the inmate directly to the board. All wages received by the board under this subpart shall be deposited by the board into the fund.
