Section 45-39-40.08 Filing of application; certificate of health; inspections. (a) Every person who desires to engage in any of the practices designated to be within the meaning of this article shall file with the secretary of the board a written application for a certificate to practice or for an examination and license to practice, as the case may be, as provided in this article.
