Section 28-3-20 Penalties for violations of provisions of chapter or rules and regulations
of boards generally. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter for which
a penalty is not provided or any rule or regulation promulgated in conformity with this chapter

Section 32-15-5 Hiring with intent to defraud. Whoever, with intent to defraud the owner of
any motor vehicle or any person in lawful possession thereof, hires from such owner, or such
owner's agents, or any person in lawful possession thereof, any motor vehicle shall, upon
