Section 34-6-8.1 Commercial operation of billiard tables in certain areas authorized; license required. All laws to the contrary notwithstanding, any business establishment, which is located outside of the corporate limits of any town or municipality even though it may be located within the police jurisdiction of a town or municipality, is hereby authorized to install and commercially operate billiard tables on its premises so long as the person, firm, or corporation operating such tables has secured a license for such operation from the judge of probate of the county wherein such establishment is located as provided for in Article 2, of this chapter. Section 11-65-17 Terms of horse racing facility license. (a) A horse racing facility license issued under this chapter shall be for a period of 20 years, but shall be reviewed annually. A commission issuing such license shall state therein the person to whom such license is issued, the duration of such license, the location of the racing facility thereby licensed to be used for horse racing, and such other conditions of the license and related information as the commission shall deem proper.
