waste management advisory board consisting of 11 members: One shall be a member of the County
Commission of Mobile County, Alabama, one shall be the solid waste coordinator, two shall

Section 11-99A-9 Appointment of board members. (a) The district shall have a board of
directors in which all powers of the district shall be vested and which shall consist of the
number of members specified in the articles of incorporation, but not less than three nor

the Personnel Board of Marshall County, which shall be composed of five members. One member

Section 34-5-13 Board of Barber Examiners. There is hereby created the Alabama Board
of Barber Examiners, to consist of five persons. Such board shall be appointed by the Governor

and welfare of children in Madison County who are alleged to be or have been found by the
juvenile court of the county to be abused or neglected or otherwise dependent as defined by
Section 12-15-102, there is levied and imposed a court cost of four dollars ($4), in
all cases filed in the district court of the county, which shall be in addition to all other
