Section 45-28-91.01 Creation; composition; powers and duties. (a) There is hereby created
the new Etowah County Tourism Board. The new board shall consist of one member appointed by
each member of the Etowah County House Legislative Delegation, one member appointed by the
senator representing Etowah County, one member appointed by the county commission, one member
appointed by the Mayor of Gadsden, one member appointed by the Etowah County Mayor's Association,

Section 5-17-55 Credit Union Board created; composition; appeals. (a) There shall be
a Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit Union Administration which shall consist of the
administrator, who shall be an ex officio member and chair of the board, and seven other persons,
appointed by the Governor, by and with the consent of the Senate. Four of these persons shall
be appointed from a list of nominees submitted by the Credit Union Board of the Alabama Credit

Section 27-31A-3.1 Risk retention groups to comply with governance standards. (a) By
January 1, 2016, existing risk retention groups shall be in compliance with the governance
standards set forth in this section. New risk retention groups shall be in compliance
with these standards at the time of licensure. (b) The board of directors or board, as used
in this section, means the governing body of the risk retention group elected by the
shareholders or members to establish policy, elect or appoint officers and committees, and

be a Board of Appeals for the Department of Labor. The board shall exercise its own judgment
and discretion in all matters entrusted to it, and, to that extent, shall be entirely separate
