Section 34-30-4 Disciplinary proceedings - Grounds for suspension, revocation, etc., of license;
administrative fines. (a) The State Board of Social Work Examiners may deny an application
or, after a hearing, may refuse to renew, may suspend, or may revoke any license issued under
this chapter upon proof that the person has engaged in unprofessional conduct within the last
five years, including, but not limited to: (1) Conviction of a felony; (2) Habituation or
addiction to habit-forming drugs, either of which impairs the ability to perform his or her
work; (3) Conviction of fraud or deceit in connection with services rendered as a social worker
licensed under this chapter or in establishing qualifications under this chapter; (4) Aiding
or abetting a person not licensed under this chapter who is falsely representing himself or

Section 38-9-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) ABUSE. The infliction of physical pain, injury, or the willful

Section 6-5-342 Skateboarding, roller skating in parks or rinks. (a) The purpose of this section
is to encourage owners of property to make land available for skateboarding or roller skating
activities in areas specifically designed for that purpose. It is recognized that there are
certain risks and dangers involved in skateboarding and roller skating activities, including
skating itself, riding, assisting, and observing. Property owners have been reluctant or failed
to make property available for skateboarding and roller skating activities because of the
inherent risks in the activity, the exposure to liability, and the prohibitive cost of insurance,
if insurance can be obtained for the activities. The recreational sports of skateboarding
and roller skating are a wholesome and healthy family activity that should be encouraged.

Section 5-13B-9 Agency activities. (a) Any Alabama state bank may, upon compliance with the
requirements of this section, agree to receive deposits, renew time deposits, close loans,
service loans, receive payments on loans and other obligations and, with the prior approval
