Section 27-29-5 Transactions of insurers with affiliates; adequacy of surplus; dividends and other distributions. (a) Transactions within an insurance holding company system to which an insurer subject to registration is a party shall be subject to all of the following standards: (1) The terms shall be fair and reasonable. (2) Agreements for cost sharing services and management shall include such provisions as required by rule and regulation issued by the commissioner. (3) Charges or fees for services performed shall be reasonable. (4) Expenses incurred and payment received shall be allocated to the insurer in conformity with customary insurance accounting practices consistently applied. Section 5-26-5 State license and registration application and issuance. (1) Application form. Applicants for a license shall apply in a form as prescribed by the supervisor. Each such form shall contain content as set forth by rule, regulation, instruction, or procedure of the supervisor and may be changed or updated as necessary by the supervisor in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Section 32-6-49.24 Disqualification of person convicted of crime requiring registration as a sex offender. (a)(1) Effective July 10, 2010, except as otherwise provided by this subsection, a person convicted of a crime that requires registration as a sex offender under Chapter 20A of Title 15, formerly Article 2 of Chapter 20 of Title 15 is prohibited from driving a commercial motor vehicle that requires a commercial driver license with a P or an S endorsement.
