Section 34-14C-7 Home Medical Equipment Fund. There is hereby established a separate special revenue trust fund in the State Treasury to be known as the Home Medical Equipment Fund. All receipts collected by the board under the provisions of this chapter are to be deposited into this fund and shall be used only to carry out the provisions of this chapter. The receipts shall be disbursed only by warrant of the state Comptroller upon the State Treasury, upon itemized vouchers approved by the executive director. No funds shall be withdrawn or expended except as budgeted and allotted according to Sections 41-4-80 to 41-4-96, inclusive, and 41-19-1 to 41-19-12, inclusive, and only in amounts as stipulated in the general appropriations bill or other appropriations bills. Section 26-16-30 Creation of fund; purpose; investment; disposition. (a) The Children's Trust Fund is created as a separate fund in the State Treasury. The function of the Children's Trust Fund shall be to serve as a permanent trust pursuant to Section 26-16-8, and as an investment account for the earnings and funds received by the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board pursuant to Sections 26-16-8, 26-16-31, and 26-16-30(e).
