Section 41-10-171 Composition; appointment, terms, vacancies, etc. The authority shall be composed
of 21 members as follows: (1) Two representatives of education, one to be appointed by the
President of the University of South Alabama for a two-year term and one to be appointed by
the Baldwin County Board of Education from among school board members, who are residents of
the geographic area that is now Baldwin County Commission District No. 2 for a two-year term;
(2) Four elected public officials or their representatives, who shall be: a. The Chairman
of the Baldwin County Commission or a member of the Baldwin County Commission to be chosen

of the State of Alabama which has a population of 400,000 or more people according to the
last or any future federal census, there shall be a personnel board for the government and
control by rules and regulations and practices hereinafter set out or authorized of all employees

Section 25-12-3 Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels. There is created within the Department
of Labor a Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessels, which shall be referred to in this chapter
as the board. The board shall consist of nine members, the majority of whom shall have experience
in design, construction, inspection, repair, or operation of boilers or pressure vessels.
