Section 34-8-8 Copy of chapter to be included in plans of owners, architects, and engineers;
inclusion of license number on bid. (a) All owners, architects, engineers, construction managers,
and private awarding authorities preparing plans and specifications for work to be contracted
in Alabama pursuant to this chapter shall include in their invitations to bidders, including
but not limited to all public and private advertisements, and their specifications a copy
of the portions of this chapter as are deemed necessary to convey to the invited bidder, whether
he or she is a resident or nonresident of this state and whether a license has been issued
to him or her or not, the information that it will be necessary for him or her to show evidence

Section 34-9-5 Penalties. Any person who shall engage in the practice of dentistry across state
lines or practice dentistry or dental hygiene in this state within the meaning of this chapter
without having first obtained from the board a license and an annual registration certificate,
when the certificate is required by this chapter, or who violates this chapter, or who willfully
violates any published rule or regulation of the board, or who does any act described in this
chapter as unlawful, the penalty for which is not herein specifically provided, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand

Section 40-23-88 Penalties. Any seller or other person failing or refusing to furnish any return
hereby required to be made, or failing or refusing to furnish a supplemental return or other
data required by the department, or rendering a false or fraudulent return, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not exceeding $500 for each such offense. Any person

rent a motor vehicle, the hire of which is determinable either in whole or in part by the

Section 15-20A-31 Juvenile sex offender - Employment restrictions. (a) During the time a juvenile
sex offender is subject to the registration requirements of this chapter, the juvenile sex
offender shall not accept or maintain employment or a volunteer position at any school, childcare
facility, or any other business or organization that provides services primarily to children.

department determines that any person is in violation of any requirement of this chapter,
any rule or regulation promulgated by the department or any permit issued under authority
