Section 34-30-22 Qualifications of applicants. The State Board of Social Work Examiners shall issue a license as a "licensed bachelor social worker," a "licensed master social worker," or a "licensed independent clinical social worker" to an applicant who satisfies all of the following requirements: (1) Is at least 19 years of age. (2) Has paid an initial examination fee established by the board. (3) Has passed an examination prepared by the state board for that purpose. (4) Has ascribed to a professional code of ethics developed and adopted by the board. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR. Any natural person, partnership, company, firm, corporation, association, limited liability company, cooperative, or other legal entity licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors. Section 27-7-29.1 Exemptions for individuals licensed in other state. (a) An individual who applies for an insurance producer license in this state who was previously licensed for the same lines of authority in another state shall not be required to complete any prelicensing education or examination.
