Section 34-21A-14 Eligibility requirements for license application. (a) The board shall develop
eligibility requirements to be met by applicants seeking licensing by the board. The minimum
application requirements shall include, but are not limited to, the applicant's: (1) Business
experience. (2) Work experience in the requested area of licensure. (3) Completion of training
requirements as established by the board. (4) Successful completion of the required examination.
(5) Evidence of bond. (6) Proof that the applicant is a citizen of the United States or, if
not a citizen of the United States, a person who is legally present in the United States with

Section 34-36-7 Examinations; reciprocity with other states; issuance of license; qualification
requirements. (a) All applicants for licensure must submit a completed application, application
fee, and supportive documentation of qualifications before taking an examination approved
by the board. The board shall examine applicants at least once every three months according
to the method deemed by it to be the most appropriate to test the qualifications of applicants.
Any national standardized or written examination proctored by an independent third party which

Section 22-24-5 Well driller's license - Required; application; annual fee; term. Every person
who intends to drill water wells within the State of Alabama shall annually obtain from the
board a water well driller's license and, in order to obtain said license, shall file with
the board, in accordance with rules and regulations as established by the board, an application
form, to be made available by the board. Any person, upon filing said application and receiving
approval of the board, shall pay an annual fee of $200.00 to the board, and the payment of
