Section 24-1A-4 Members, officers and directors; appointment; qualifications; meetings of board
and public notice thereof; salaries; record of proceedings; copies of proceedings as evidence;

Section 45-8A-21 Anniston City Board of Education. (a) A school board as established by the
City of Anniston, Alabama, shall be called "The Anniston City Board of Education."
The board shall be composed of one member being elected from each of the wards in the city
as defined in this section by a majority of the qualified electors voting who reside in each

Section 17-3-2 Qualifications and appointment of registrars; chair. (a) Registration shall
be conducted in each county by a board of three reputable and suitable persons to be appointed,
unless otherwise provided by law, by the Governor, Auditor, and Commissioner of Agriculture
