Section 34-8A-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words and phrases shall have the respective meanings ascribed by this section: (1) ASSOCIATE LICENSED COUNSELOR. Any person that has been licensed by the board to offer counseling services as defined in this section while under the supervision of a board approved supervisor. (2) BOARD. Section 34-9-19 Advertising - Dentist; specialty requirements; practice emphasis; purpose of section; rules and regulations. (a) For the purpose of this section, the following terms shall have the respective meanings: (1) ADVERTISEMENT.
