Section 34-20-4 Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators - Generally. (a) There is a Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators composed of seven members, six original members as set out in this subsection, and an additional consumer member as set out in subsection (b). The membership of the board shall be inclusive and reflect the racial, gender, geographic, urban/rural, and economic diversity of the state. Section 34-14B-4 Certificate of licensure. (a) The certificate of licensure shall be initially issued only to properly qualified home inspectors for a period commencing on the date of issue and expiring on December 31. Certificates of licensure shall be renewed for a term of one year beginning on January 1 of the year in which renewed and expiring on December 31 of that year. Certificates of licensure shall be renewed on or before 60 days prior to the expiration date.
