Section 34-39-15 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty; forfeiture and revocation of license. Any
person who violates any provision of this chapter as set forth in Sections 34-39-4 and 34-39-13,
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less
than $250 and not more than $1,000, or imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months,
or both. A license held by any person convicted under this section shall be forfeited and

Section 37-8-1 Violation of commission orders generally. (a) Any utility doing business in
this state or any of its authorized agents, officers or employees who knowingly or willfully
violate or procure, aid or abet a violation of any lawful order or decree of said commission

Section 32-9-6 Disposition of fines and forfeitures. All fines and forfeitures collected upon
conviction or upon forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a violation of any of the
provisions of this chapter constituting a misdemeanor, shall be, within 30 days after such
