Section 34-28A-27 Fees. (a) The board shall publish, in a manner the board deems appropriate, fees for all of the following purposes: (1) Application for examination. (2) Initial licensing. (3) Renewal of licensure. (4) Late payment for renewal (monthly penalty). (5) Registration of speech-language pathology assistants and audiology assistants. (6) Late payment fees. (b) A qualified applicant for licensing who has successfully passed the examination prescribed by the board and has paid the application, examination, and, if necessary, the reexamination fees, shall be licensed by the board as a speech-language pathologist or audiologist, or both. The application fee, examination fee, reexamination fee, licensing fee, late payment fees, and the annual renewal fee shall be in an amount fixed by the board. Section 2-27-9 Registration, application, and fees; registration powers of commissioner; appeal and review. (a) Every pesticide or device which is distributed, sold, or offered for sale within this state or delivered for transportation or transported in intrastate commerce or between points within this state through any point outside this state shall be registered with the commissioner upon application forms prescribed and furnished by the commissioner, and such registration or registrations shall be renewed during the registrant's renewal year, due January 1 of the renewal year. As used in this chapter, "barber college" includes a school of barbering, college of barbering, barber school, and any other place or institution for the instruction or training of persons in the practice of barbering.
