Section 34-1-8 Registration of public accountants. Written evidence of registration as public
accountants shall be issued to: (1) Any person who is a resident of this state, or practices
accounting herein, who has attained the age of 19 years, and who is of good moral character
and a citizen of the United States or has declared his or her intent to become a citizen,
and who meets the requirements of paragraphs a., b., c., or d. of this subdivision, may, upon
payment of an initial registration fee to be fixed by the board, register with the board as

engineering, land surveying, and related science programs which shall be accepted under the

Section 45-31-120.03 Board members. (a) The personnel program established by this part shall
be administered by the board. The board shall be composed of five members who shall be appointed

Section 45-8A-112.10 Register of persons eligible and available for appointment. The board
shall make and keep a roster of all persons eligible and available for appointment to each
class of positions in the service of the city, ranked according to ability, except that no
examination shall be given and no roster kept for positions to be filled by persons designated

directors composed of the number of directors provided in the certificate of incorporation

Section 22-18-4 Fees of licenses; disposition of funds; qualifications for EMSP licensure.
(a) In addition to all other fees now payable, the Board of Health shall establish, by rule,
a fee for EMSP and air or ground provider service licenses. Each license issued to an EMSP
shall be valid for a period of 24 calendar months. Each license issued to a provider service
